At Dudeme, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your Dudeme account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check & Packaging

  Ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached before securely sealing it in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to collect the package.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  After a successful quality inspection at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item immediately.
